The difference in demeanor between the people I meet up at Ober and the one’s at Under Armour is astonishing to me. My customers that I get up at Ober are ecstatic and it’s uplifting and just all around sort of makes my day better. While my customers at Under Armour - today especially, tend to just be down right gloomy. While part of my job is to make a person’s day better while they’re in my company, it’s extremely disheartening to come in contact with person after person who are just downright dismal no matter what I say to them. While at the same time when I’m able to turn a person’s day around in a positive direction it’s encouraging and just makes me love my job. You win some you lose some I suppose.
